How I help in your buying process

1. Learn about you!
It’s important for us to sit down and discuss your home search because it will help me bring you homes that you are most interested in. Although it may seem tedious, sitting down for an hour will actually save you valuable time in the future. It will also give us the opportunity to discuss the process, first time home buyer benefits, and tips and tricks that will save you money during this process!
2. Mortgage preparation
I will be able to give you a ball park of what your mortgage eligibility could land you, but there’s nothing like speaking to an expert in this field. They have connections with many banks and lenders and will be able to obtain you certain products that actually make most sense for you (whether that be you’re self employed, already own multiple properties, need to carve extra money for some renovations etc.). They have your back in that space, and their services are absolutely free!
3. Winning you that home
There’s nothing worse than falling in love with a home, and losing that bid. I have a proven track record that wins people their dream homes. Plus, we put together a contract with your best interests at heart.
4. Conditional period (Sold conditionally)
A conditional period means we’ve negotiated you an accepted offer with a small window that will allow you to back out of the deal. The most common conditions are to obtain financing for this specific property, to get a home inspection done, or to have a lawyer look over the contract and give you legal advice.
5. Closing
After you’ve removed any conditions, your deal is now firm. What’s left is you work with your lawyer to complete the transaction. During this period, you will also prepare the rest of your down payment and closing costs in preparation for getting the keys to your new home!
